But what I find quite exciting is how the Internet -- and the assumption of global access is forcing quite drastic changes to happen in respect to liscensing and geographic deals etc. Joost is an example of the new legal model where TV content is offered to all irrespective of their country (I believe). I'm totally ignorant of the specifics, but I know that the writer's union rebelled against certain online Jericho content being allowed outside of the United States. Nerf unions.
